Finalists of the National Competition will be invited to compete in person for cash prizes & national titles. Please note that due to COVID-19, the 2022 OPUS National Competition will be online only. We hope to resume in-person nationals in future years of the competition.

*Please note: Due to the low number of eligible guitarists, the guitar category has been merged with the strings category for the 2022 National Competition.

Due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic the OPUS National Music Competition will be held online for 2022. We expect to host the live Nationals in 2023.
